Who doesn't love a party?
The Design Team theme is Birthday AND stripes. I added stripes to my
background paper to tie in with the papers I used for the balloons. After die
cutting the balloons 4 times with different colored papers, I pieced them
back into a white background.
Inside my card I die cut CELEBRATE into my white layer and
backed it with blue paper to show through the word.
Finished card size is an A-2.
