Welcome to our TEA Blog Hop!
I have 2 projects to show you today using the Serendipity Stamps Tea Pot & Cup dies! I had so much fun playing with these adorable dies. They match Graphic 45's Botanical Tea paper perfectly!
First up I have a boxed set of 4 small cards. Lately I've been making a bunch of boxed sets of cards using the Envelope Punch Board tool. You can make a box for just about any size card with it.
Here is the inside of the box before I assembled it.
It is MUCH easier to decorate it BEFORE you glue it together.
This is the outside of the box after I decorated it. I cut the Doily in half and used it on the inside and outside of the envelope box flap. The paper for the box is 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 and the first score mark is at 2 3/4. After the first score and punch slide the paper to the left by 1 inch. Punch and score again. Then, follow the directions for making an envelope but each paper side has 2 score marks and 2 punches.
My second project is a card made with the same materials.
I made some flowers with the matching 6x6 pink paper and MFT flower dies.
Inside I stamped this great TEA sentiment. The cute little matching cup is the perfect accent for the corner.
The finished size of this card is 5 3/8 square.

This is the backside of the envelope box. The box measures 4 3/4" x 3 3/8" with a depth of 3/4". The envelopes are 4 1/4" x 3 1/8". The cards measure 4 x 3.
Here is the box open. Excuse my fingers but there was no other way to show it open!
Making these envelopes is very economical because they use 6x6 pieces of paper. Three are shown here with the front of the box.
I had so much fun making these tiny cards.
They are simple but each feature the tea pot, cup, or both!
