Serendipity - Masculine Challenge

This week's challenge at Serendipity Stamps is to make a masculine card.  I had this great fish stamp and I thought about fishing during retirement.  The fish is stamped in 2 colors and the brown ones are popped for dimension.

I like to stamp my sentiments on light paper that is part of the DSP collection.  That way it matches better than using white or cream.  You can see in this close-up picture that I wrapped the paper with burlap twine for some texture.
You can barely see that I stamped the Crappie Jig fly stamp on the green paper with green ink.  You can see it better IRL.

Finished size is 4.5 x 8.5.

Be sure to check out what the rest of the team made:

We'd love for you to play along and be eligible to win a prize.
The link to play is HERE.

The background paper with the fish stamped is so good it looks like it could have been purchased as part of a patterned paper set...great stamping. The twine really does add a lot of texture for a masculine card.

Perfect underwater masculine colors! Love. The way you stamped the fish as if they are swiming and then raised a few. Beautiful!
