LaBlanche Birdcage C4C133

The challege over at Crazy 4 Challenges this week is to use black to make your card POP!  I think black ink and black matting makes this image pop!

I made this card for a shoebox swap with friends and it was well received.  After your paper is die cut it goes together quickly.  I used Distress Ink around the edges to highlight the center.  Finished size is 5.5 square.
  • Stamps: LaBlanche - Birdcage
  • Ink: Versafine - Onyx Black, Ranger Distress - Old Paper
  • Paper: Neenah Natural White, PTI - Black, MME patterned paper 12x12
  • Other: Memory Box - Amira Flourish die, Spellbinders - Lables 1, Labels 15, SU! ribbon

Had to see what else you were up to while I was here - new puppy consuming lots of my time and furniture :) Had to comment on how GORGEOUS this is. The black and white is so elegant and the image so detailed. It has a romantic feel to it. This is really a stunner girl!
