Repeat Impressions - DCC Heat Embossing

It's time for another Repeat Impressions Designers Choice Challenge and this time it was MY turn to choose! Heat embossing is what got me started in stamping so I picked that technique.  My goose is embossed with black ink and clear embossing powder.  I find it much less messy than using clear ink and black embossing powder. He is cut out and popped with foam tape.

My goose is colored with just a touch of Copic color.  All those tiny dots show you where the shadows are so I just color near them for shade.
Finished size is 5 1/2 x 5 5/8.

  • Stamps: Repeat Impressions - Clouds 3403-F, Goose 1323-L, Easter 1136-E
  • Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine Onyx Black
  • Paper: Neenah - Solar White & Natural White, Jillibean Soup - Watermelon Gazpacho 6x6, PTI - New Leaf, Black
  • Other: Perfect Layers, Martha grass border punch, clear embossing powder, Copics: YR04, W2, B0000

This was such a fun challenge, Miriam and heat embossing creates such great cards. And this one of yours is fantastic. I love the bg you used with the goose image.
