It's time for another Repeat Impressions Designers Choice Challenge and this time it was Dawn's turn! She challenged the Rock Stars to make card with Blue and Brown. I decided to use a lovely sentiment instead of an image.
The paper is adorned with glitter so it doesn't need much else! The ribbon is actually a part of the cutout. I colored the clear rhinestone with a blue copic.

This is just beautiful- but here in Wisconsin it is the 2nd:) Don't you just hate it when blogger decides to goof us up like that? I can see the date is correct on the blogpost but somehow it went two days early.
