Serendipity Stamps - Fall Challenge

It's a new month so we have a new challenge for you from the
Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog!
For the whole month the theme is Fall.  To participate just use any of Serendipity's fall images or dies in your creation for a chance to win!

To create my background I used Tim Holtz's Clockwork stencil.  An additional challenge this time for the design team is to do the Glue Art technique from Splitcoast Stampers.  I decided to use embossing paste instead after my glue backgrounds didn't turn out like I wanted.

This picture shows the metallic sheen better than the first picture.

I laid the stencil on my watercolor paper and using a palette knife, I smeared the embossing paste over it and lifted the stencil.  After it dried I sprayed it with Perfect Pearls Mist and dabbed it with rust ink.  Then I smeared a Distress Ink Pad over the bottom for a little contrasting color.

The finished size is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  Below is the inside.

Serendipity has a new special this week.
It's a 40% OFF coupon.  Enter "40fromhigh1014" during checkout and get 40% off the highest priced item in your cart.  It is good through October 8.

Check out what the rest of the Design Team created!

The GUEST Designer joining us this month is Julia Stainton:
