Flourishes Bring Back Beautiful - Spring Colors

This month's Flourishes BBB09 challenge is to use spring colors.  Easy!  I colored the image with Copics and cut backgrounds out in 2 colors and in 2 sizes.  I cut the blue one apart for better layering.  I cut the fancy tag out in black and cut the ends off and glued them in place.  Finished size is 5 3/8 x 5 3/8.
