Encouragement as our theme. But, you only need to use Buttons. They can be stamped, die cut, chipboard or real buttons just to name a few.
I layered my buttons and used DMC thread to tie them together.

My Get Well message is on the inside of my card. I was thinking "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" when I picked the image for my card.
The finished size is 4 3/4 x 6 3/4.
